provide federal grant services. She is a seasoned federal
grants professional with significant experience in monitoring,
qualifying and identifying grant opportunities, and
supervising and executing grant development, quality
assurance and compliance.
Cody provides Keller McIntyre clients with a Project
Management Plan for every federal grant that is pursued
- from the development of white papers for federal grant
proposals to actually writing, reviewing and submitting
the grant applications. Additionally, throughout the
process she is in touch with relevant agency program
officers to gain intelligence on funding priorities.
Once a grant has been awarded, Cody creates and oversees
a compliance plan for each individual award. This document
outlines the project plan for milestones and deliverables
and ensures that the client has templates for technical
and financial reporting. Cody will liase with the relevant
federal agencies in securing the release of dollars
in a timely manner.
Cody was instrumental in helping win one of only 106
Health Care Innovation Challenge (HCIC) grants awarded
by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI).
She has a track record of success with competitive grants
from the Department of Transportation, Department of
Navy, National Institutes of Health, U.S. Agency for
International Development (AID), and the Centers for
Disease Control (CDC).
Cody's expertise in grants compliance is evidenced by
her handling 32 different task orders with a National
Science Foundation grant.
